These paramaters can be used in calculations of metabolic rate in case respirometry data is not available.</p>

datasets

Model fluxes of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus with the use of a coupled
bioenergetics and stoichiometric model that incorporates flexible elemental limitation.
Additional functions to help the user to find parameters are included. Finally, functions to
