handle.rglactions.highlight.points

Places the requested highlight points as spheres at their native
coordinates. Camera-based views keep the meshes unrotated and apply the view
rotation via the camera, so highlight points must NOT be rotated (this
matches the scimesh backend). See dev_tools/TODO_FSBRAIN_RGL_CAM.md.

Provides high-level access to neuroimaging data from standard software packages like 'FreeSurfer' <https://freesurfer.net/> on the level of subjects and groups. Load morphometry data, surfaces and brain parcellations based on atlases. Mask data using labels, load data for specific atlas regions only, and visualize data and statistical results directly in 'R'.
