streamlines.to.segments

Converts streamlines (a list of point sequences) into the pair of
point matrices that describes the line segments between their consecutive
points, which is the representation used by <code>fs.coloredpaths</code>.
This is vectorized: the segments of all streamlines are computed in one go,
no matter how many there are.

Provides high-level access to neuroimaging data from standard software packages like 'FreeSurfer' <https://freesurfer.net/> on the level of subjects and groups. Load morphometry data, surfaces and brain parcellations based on atlases. Mask data using labels, load data for specific atlas regions only, and visualize data and statistical results directly in 'R'.
