fslrobustfov: FSL Robust Field of View

Description

This function calls robustfov to automatically crop the image

Usage

fsl_robustfov(retimg = FALSE, ...)

Value

If retimg then object of class nifti. Otherwise, Result from system command, depends if intern is TRUE or FALSE.

Arguments

file

(character) image to be manipulated

brain_size

size of brain in z-dimension (default 150mm)

mat_name

matrix output name

roi_name

ROI volume output name

retimg

(logical) return image of class nifti

reorient

(logical) If retimg, should file be reoriented when read in? Passed to readnii.

intern

(logical) to be passed to system

verbose

(logical) print out command before running
