get_data_sec_failed_to_deliver_securities: SEC failed to deliver securities

Description

This function returns informato on equities that failed to clear as reported to the National Securities Clearing Corporation from 2004 onward.

Usage

get_data_sec_failed_to_deliver_securities(only_most_recent = TRUE, years = 2016, months = NULL, nest_data = TRUE, return_message = TRUE)

Arguments

only_most_recent

TRUE search only the most recent period

years

years to include starting in 2004

months

months to include

nest_data

TRUE return nested data frame

return_message

TRUE return a message after data import

Value

nested data_frame or data_frame if nest_data = FALSE
