gause_1932_QR_t05

A dataset containing the abundance of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, grown in different temperatures (5.7 to 41 degrees C).
The Volume is measured in "Amount of yeast", which refers to a standardized index, based on the alcohol production per Unit of Yeast.

datasets

A collection of tools and data for analyzing the Gause microcosm experiments, and for fitting Lotka-Volterra models to time series data. Includes methods for fitting single-species logistic growth, and multi-species interaction models, e.g. of competition, predator/prey relationships, or mutualism.
