Provides facilities to handle reading and writing of geographic metadata
defined with OGC/ISO 19115, 11119 and 19110 geographic information metadata standards,
and encoded using the ISO 19139 (XML) standard. It includes also a facility to check
the validity of ISO 19139 XML encoded metadata.

Fields

 <dt><code>new(xml, id, value, description, addCodeListAttrs, addCodeSpaceAttr, setValue)</code></dt><dd>This method is used to instantiate an ISOCodeListValue. By default,
 <code>addCodeListAttrs = TRUE</code>, to add codelist atributes to root XML. The
 parameter <code>addCodeSpaceAttr = TRUE</code> by default, and ignored if the valueof
 <code>addCodeLisAttrs</code> is set to <code>FALSE</code>. The argument <code>setValue</code>
 sets the value as node text (defaut is <code>TRUE</code>).</dd>
 <dt><code>getAcceptedValues()</code></dt><dd>This method allows to get the codelist accepted values</dd>
