effectiveSize_hyper: Calculate effective sample sizes

Description

effectiveSize calls effectiveSize in coda package to calculate sample sizes.

Usage

effectiveSize_hyper(x, start, end, digits, verbose)

effectiveSize_many(x, start, end, verbose)

effectiveSize_one(x, start, end, digits, verbose)

effectiveSize( x, hyper = FALSE, start = 1, end = NA, digits = 0, verbose = FALSE )

Arguments

x

posterior samples

start

starting iteration

end

ending iteraton

digits

printing how many digits

verbose

printing more information

hyper

a Boolean switch to extract hyper attribute
