Visualisation of High-Throughput Behavioural (i.e. Ethomics) Data

Extension of 'ggplot2' providing layers, scales and preprocessing functions useful to represent behavioural variables that are recorded over multiple animals and days. This package is part of the 'rethomics' framework <http://rethomics.github.io/>.

`ggetho`

ggetho is part of the rethomics framework. This README is a short explanation of the basics of ggetho. A comprehensive tutorial is available on the rethomics webpage. We also provide a conventional pdf documentation.

Installation

Functions in ggetho

Name	Description
stat_pop_etho	Compute and display a population aggregate for a variable of interest
time_scales	Scales for durations
stat_ld_annotations	Compute and display light/dark annotations onto a plot object
ggspectro	Prepare a ggplot object to represent spectrogram data
ggperio	Prepare a ggplot object to represent periodogram data
geom_peak	Visualise peaks in a power spectrum or periodogram
ggetho	Prepare a ggplot object to represent behavioural data
stat_bar_tile_etho	Display a variable of interest either as a colour intensity value or as a bar height
id_labeller	A facet labeller for id
