ggs_autocorrelation

Tools for assessing and diagnosing convergence of
Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulations, as well as for graphically display
results from full MCMC analysis. The package also facilitates the graphical
interpretation of models by providing flexible functions to plot the
results against observed variables, and functions to work with
hierarchical/multilevel batches of parameters

<dl><dt>D</dt>
<dd>Data frame whith the simulations.</dd>
<dt>family</dt>
<dd>Name of the family of parameters to plot, as given by a character vector or a regular expression. A family of parameters is considered to be any group of parameters with the same name but different numerical value between square brackets (as beta[1], beta[2], etc).</dd>
<dt>nLags</dt>
<dd>Integer indicating the number of lags of the autocorrelation plot.</dd>
<dt>greek</dt>
<dd>Logical value indicating whether parameter labels have to be parsed to get Greek letters. Defaults to false.</dd></dl>
