Description

Creates the pedigree-based dominance relationship data.frame.

Usage

tabD(ped, A)

Arguments

ped

: data.frame with integer columns corresponding to ID, SIRE, DAM. Missing value is 0.

A

: Relationship matrix A in a tabular format created by function tabA.

Value

Dominance relationship data.frame
