Returns the issues in open state of a repository

Usage

get_issues_open_state(base_url, api_key, owner, repo)

Arguments

base_url

The base URL for your gitea server (no trailing '/')

api_key

The user's API token key for the gitea service

owner

The owner of the repository

repo

The name of the repository
