Low level interface function to the GLPK function glp_scale_prob.

scaleProbGLPK(lp, opt)
Arguments
lp
An object of class "glpkPtr" as returned by
initProbGLPK. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK problem
object. Details
Interface to the C function scaleProb which calls the GLPK
function glp_scale_prob.References
