Low level interface function to the GLPK function glp_get_row_stat.

Arguments
lp
An object of class "glpkPtr" as returned by
initProbGLPK. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK problem
object. Details
Interface to the C function getRowStat which calls the GLPK
