setRowBndGLPK: Set/Change Row Bounds
Description
Low level interface function to the GLPK function glp_set_row_bnds.

setRowBndGLPK(lp, i, type, lb, ub)
Arguments
lp
An object of class "glpkPtr" as returned by
initProbGLPK. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK problem
object. type
Row type. For possible values, see glpkConstants, section
LP/MIP problem object. Details
