setSjjGLPK: Retrieve column scale factor
Description
Low level interface function to the GLPK function glp_set_sjj.

setSjjGLPK(lp, j, sjj)
Arguments
lp
An object of class "glpkPtr" as returned by
initProbGLPK. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK problem
object. sjj
Scale factor $s_{jj}$.
