getRowLowBndGLPK: Retrieve Row Lower Bound
Description
Low level interface function to the GLPK function glp_get_row_lb.

getRowLowBndGLPK(lp, i)
Arguments
lp
An object of class "glpkPtr" as returned by
initProbGLPK. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK problem
object. Value
- The lower bound of the
i-th row (the corresponding auxiliary
variable) is returned.
