getColUppBndGLPK: Retrieve Column Upper Bound
Description
Low level interface function to the GLPK function glp_get_col_ub.

getColUppBndGLPK(lp, j)
Arguments
lp
An object of class "glpkPtr" as returned by
initProbGLPK. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK problem
object. Value
- The upper bound of the
j-th column (the corresponding structural
variable) is returned.
