Low level interface function to the GLPK function glp_add_cols.

addColsGLPK(lp, ncols)An object of class "'>glpkPtr" as returned by
initProbGLPK. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK problem
object.
The number of columns to add.
The ordinal number of the first new column added to the problem object is returned.
Interface to the C function addCols which calls the GLPK
function glp_add_cols.
