Low level interface function to the GLPK function glp_get_col_name.

getColNameGLPK(lp, j)An object of class "'>glpkPtr" as returned by
initProbGLPK. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK problem
object.
Column number j.
The assigned name of the j-th column is returned.
Interface to the C function getColName which calls the GLPK
function glp_get_col_name.
