Low level interface function to the GLPK function glp_get_unbnd_ray.

getUnbndRayGLPK(lp)An object of class "'>glpkPtr" as returned by
initProbGLPK. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK problem
object.
Returns the number k of a variable, which causes primal or dual unboundedness.
Interface to the C function getUnbndRay which calls the GLPK
function glp_get_unbnd_ray.
