Low level interface function to the GLPK function glp_mpl_build_prob.

mplBuildProbGLPK(wk, lp)An object of class "'>glpkPtr" as returned by
mplAllocWkspGLPK. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK
translocator workspace.
A pointer to a GLPK problem object.
Returns zero on success, otherwise it returns non-zero.
Interface to the C function mplBuildProb which calls the GLPK
function glp_mpl_build_prob.
