Low level interface function to the GLPK function glp_read_lp.

readLPGLPK(lp, fname)An object of class "'>glpkPtr" as returned by
initProbGLPK. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK problem
object.
The name of the text file to be read in.
Returns zero on success, otherwise it returns non-zero and prints an error message.
Interface to the C function readLP which calls the GLPK
function glp_read_lp.
