 <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/initProbGLPK?package=glpkAPI&version=1.3.0" data-mini-rdoc="glpkAPI::initProbGLPK">initProbGLPK</a></code>. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK problem
 object.

obj_coef

This is an advanced version of <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/setColBndGLPK?package=glpkAPI&version=1.3.0" data-mini-rdoc="glpkAPI::setColBndGLPK">setColBndGLPK</a></code>.
 Here, <code>j</code> can be an integer vector, <code>obj_coef</code>
 can be a numeric vector.
