mplGenerateGLPK function

<dl> <dt>wk</dt>
<dd>An object of class <code>"glpkPtr"</code> as returned by
 <code>mplAllocWkspGLPK</code>. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK
 translocator workspace.</dd> <dt>fname</dt>
<dd>The name of the text file to be written out.</dd></dl>
