This is an advanced version of <code>setRowNameGLPK</code>.
 Here, <code>i</code> can be an integer vector, <code>rnames</code> can be a character
 vector.

<dl> <dt>lp</dt>
<dd>An object of class <code>"glpkPtr"</code> as returned by
 <code>initProbGLPK</code>. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK problem
 object.</dd> <dt>i</dt>
<dd>Vector of row numbers.</dd> <dt>rnames</dt>
<dd>Vector of row names of the same length as <code>i</code> or <code>NULL</code>.</dd></dl>
