The function computes the indices for the end points of censoring intervals over the intmaps when estimating a survival function when called in function <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/ModifiedEMICM?package=glrt&version=2.0" data-mini-rdoc="glrt::ModifiedEMICM">ModifiedEMICM</a></code>. It is also used in <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/Teststat4?package=glrt&version=2.0" data-mini-rdoc="glrt::Teststat4">Teststat4</a></code> of <code>gLRT4</code>.
