plot.ROC.joint

Produces a simple plot showing the true positive rate (sensitivity) against
the false positive rate (1-specificy) for a dynamic prediction routine on a <code>joint</code> model
along a specified time interval.

Fit joint models of survival and multivariate longitudinal data. The longitudinal
data is specified by generalised linear mixed models. The joint models are fit via maximum
likelihood using an approximate expectation maximisation algorithm.
