CalculateWLKernel: Weisfeiler-Lehman subtree kernel

Description

This function calculates a kernel matrix of the Weisfeiler-Lehman subtree kernel \(K_{WL}\).

Usage

CalculateWLKernel(G, par)

Arguments

G

a list of igraph graphs

par

the number \(h\) of iterations

Value

a kernel matrix of the Weisfeiler-Lehman subtree kernel \(K_{WL}\)
