A sample file, most likely the 2012-13 sample file. It is intended that to be the most recent.

sample_file

A string like "1066-67" representing the financial year for which forecasts of the sample file are desired.

to_fy

The financial year of <code>sample_file</code>.

fy.year.of.sample.file

A series of functions focused on costing and evaluating Australian tax policy in support of the Grattan Institute's Australian Perspectives program. For access to the 'taxstats' package, please run install.packages("taxstats", repos = "https://hughparsonage.github.io/drat/", type = "source"). N.B. The 'taxstats' package is approximately 50 MB.
