is_prior_valid

Checks if a single valid prior name is in the list of prior values and if
 that prior value from the list is greater than 0.

Uses simple Bayesian conjugate prior update rules to calculate
the win probability of each option, value remaining in the test, and
percent lift over the baseline for various marketing objectives.
