salamander

<squote>salamader</squote> data set presents the outcome of an experiment which was conduceted at the University of Chicago in 1986 to study the extent at which mountain dusky salamanders from different populations would interbred. More detailed description of the data is given in its original source, McCullagh and Nelder (1989).

datasets

The hglm package is used to fit hierarchical generalized linear models. It can be used for linear mixed models and generalized linear mixed models with random effects for a variety of links and a variety of distributions for both the outcomes and the random effects. Fixed effects can also be fitted in the dispersion part of the mean model.
