Description

ANOVA test (at single node) of the HIT algorithem.

Usage

samp2.sigNode(k, x, y, cluster, x.nonTested, allSamp1.ids, allActSet.ids)

Arguments

Index for subsample (mclapply index).

x

Design matrix, of dimension n x p.

y

Vector of quantitative response variable.

cluster

Clusters to be tested.

x.nonTested

Vector of indeces of non tested variabels.

allSamp1.ids

List of subsampels.

allActSet.ids

List of active sets.
