Usage

remove.links(hpo.terms, terms, plotting.context = NULL)

Arguments

hpo.terms

R-Object representation of HPO

terms

Character vector of HPO terms

plotting.context

List object with hpo.phenotypes slot for list of character vectors of terms

Value

Character vector
