The &lt;ul&gt; HTML element represents an unordered list of items, typically rendered as a bulleted list.

Generates valid HTML tag strings for HTML5 elements documented by Mozilla.
Attributes are passed as named lists, with names being the attribute name and values being the attribute value.
Attribute values are automatically double-quoted. To declare a DOCTYPE, wrap html() with function doctype().

<dd>TRUE/FALSE, If TRUE, returns separate tags for each item of ...; if FALSE, returns one tag with the items of ... in the tag content.</dd>

<dd>A string. If NULL, returns a vector the same length as ... instead of collapsing the tags into one string.</dd></dl>
