Returns the string used for htmlTable to number the different tables.
Uses options <code>table_counter</code>, <code>table_counter_str</code>,
and <code>table_counter_roman</code> to produce the final string. You
can set each option by simply calling <code><a href="/link/options()?package=htmlTable&version=2.4.3" data-mini-rdoc="htmlTable::options()">options()</a></code>.
