Should the form be send as
  multipart/form-data (<code>TRUE</code>), or
  application/x-www-form-urlencoded (<code>FALSE</code>).  Files
  can not be uploaded when <code>FALSE</code>.

Further parameters, such as <code>query</code>,
  <code>path</code>, etc, passed on to <code><a href="/link/modify_url?package=httr&version=0.2" rd-options="" data-mini-rdoc="httr::modify_url">modify_url</a></code>.
