and columns are arrays.

describing arrays. The row names of <code>pDat</code> must be the
same as the column of <code>ex</code>.

are variables describing gene probes. The rownames of <code>fDat</code>
must be the same as that of <code>ex</code>.

character string. Indicating the annotation library
