A <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/vector?package=imageData&version=0.1-21" data-mini-rdoc="imageData::vector">vector</a></code> containing the values to be tested.

A <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/numeric?package=imageData&version=0.1-21" data-mini-rdoc="imageData::numeric">numeric</a></code> such that values in <code>x</code> below it are  
              considered to be anomalous.

lower

A <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/numeric?package=imageData&version=0.1-21" data-mini-rdoc="imageData::numeric">numeric</a></code> such that values in <code>x</code> above it are  
              considered to be anomalous.

upper

A <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/logical?package=imageData&version=0.1-21" data-mini-rdoc="imageData::logical">logical</a></code> indicating whether <code>NA</code> values should 
              be stripped before the testing proceeds.

na.rm

Test whether any values in <code>x</code> are less than the value of 
             <code>lower</code>, if it is not <code>NULL</code>, or are greater than the 
             value of <code>upper</code>, if it is not <code>NULL</code>, or both.

manip

data

Extracts traits from imaging data produced using a Lemna-Tec
Scananalyzer. Growth rates are between successive imagings are obtained and
those for a nominated set of intervals can also be calculated. Profile or
longitudinal plots of the traits and growth rates can be produced.

anom: Tests if any values in a vector are anomalous in being outside specified limits
