install.python: Downloads and installs python 2 or 3

Description

Downloads and installs the latest version of python 2 or 3 for Windows.

Usage

install.python(page_with_download_url = "https://www.python.org/downloads/windows/",
  version_number = 3, ...)

Arguments

page_with_download_url

a link to the list of download links for Python

version_number

Either 2 or 3. Version 2 will lead to download of v2.7.xxx

...

extra parameters to pass to install.URL

Value

TRUE/FALSE - was the installation successful or not.

Details
