get_ip_info function

<dd>The IP address you want to query</dd>
<dt>language</dt>
<dd>An ISO Alpha 2 Language Code for localizing the IP data</dd>
<dt>hostname</dt>
<dd>If the hostname parameter is set to 1, the API response will contain the hostname of the IP</dd></dl>
