<p>This is the colour palette used by the <code>iprior</code> package. It is based off
<code>RColorBrewer::brewer.pal</code>'s Set 1, Set 2 and Dark 2 palettes.</p>

Provides methods to perform and analyse I-prior regression models.
Estimation is mainly done via an EM algorithm, but there is flexibility in
using any optimiser.
