<dd>An object of class <code>DNAbin</code> containing the sequences which
will be blasted against <code>db</code>.</dd>
<dt>db</dt>
<dd>An object of class <code>DNAbin</code> containing the reference
sequences, i.e. the sequences against which <code>query</code> will be blasted.</dd></dl>
