sensitivity3: Calculate Sensitivity of Lambda to Matrix Elements

Description

sensitivity3() is a generic function that returns the sensitivity of the deterministic population growth rate, lambda, to the elements of the matrix population model. This function is made to handle very large and sparse matrices supplied as lefkoMat objects or as individual matrices.

Usage

sensitivity3(mats)

Arguments

mats

A lefkoMat object, or population projection matrix, for which the stable stage distribution is desired.

Value

The value returned depends on the class of the mats argument.
