<code>h_ahead</code> takes a <code>Forecast</code> object and gets the h_ahead
vector of the forecast.

Introduces in-sample, out-of-sample, pseudo out-of-sample, and
benchmark model forecast tests and a new class for working with forecast data, Forecast.
