march.Mc-class

This class describes a Markov chain of order order, represented by matricess RC (transition matrix in reduced form)
and RT (number of data points used to compute each transition). march.Mc extends <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/march.Model-class?package=march&version=3.1" data-mini-rdoc="march::march.Model-class">march.Model-class</a></code> class and therefore
inherits its slots.

Computation of various Markovian models for categorical data
including homogeneous Markov chains of any order, MTD models, Hidden Markov
models, and Double Chain Markov Models.
