march.Indep-class

This class describes an independence model, represented by the probability distribution indP of each event
and the number of data used to compute each member of the probability distribution. march.Indep inherits
from <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/march.Model-class?package=march&version=3.3.2" data-mini-rdoc="march::march.Model-class">march.Model-class</a></code> and therefore inherits its slots.

Computation of various Markovian models for categorical data
including homogeneous Markov chains of any order, MTD models, Hidden Markov
models, and Double Chain Markov Models.
