Description

Variance estimates for each row (column) in a matrix.

Usage

rowVars(x, center=NULL, ...)
 colVars(x, ...)

Arguments

x
center
(optional) The center, defaults to the row means.
...
Additional arguments passed to rowMeans() and rowSums().
