A <code><a href="/link/numeric?package=matrixStats&version=0.8.0&to=base" rd-options="base" data-mini-rdoc="base::numeric">numeric</a></code> <code><a href="/link/vector?package=matrixStats&version=0.8.0&to=base" rd-options="base" data-mini-rdoc="base::vector">vector</a></code> of K positions for to be binned and counted.

A <code><a href="/link/numeric?package=matrixStats&version=0.8.0&to=base" rd-options="base" data-mini-rdoc="base::numeric">numeric</a></code> <code><a href="/link/vector?package=matrixStats&version=0.8.0&to=base" rd-options="base" data-mini-rdoc="base::vector">vector</a></code> of B+1 ordered positions specifying
     the B bins <code>[bx[1],bx[2])</code>, <code>[bx[2],bx[3])</code>, ...,
     <code>[bx[B],bx</code>

Counts the number of elements in non-overlapping bins

This packages provides methods operating on rows and
        columns of matrices, e.g. col/rowMedians() and col/rowRanks().
        There are also some vector-based methods, e.g. anyMissing(),
        weightedMedians(), and binMeans().  The objective is to have
        all methods being optimized for speed and memory consumption.
