plot.draws: Trace, density and autocorrelation plots

Description

Trace, density and autocorrelation plots for selected components of a draws object.

Usage

# S3 method for draws
plot(x, vnames, nrows, ncols, ask = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

x

an object of class draws.

vnames

optional character vector to select a subset of parameters.

nrows

number of rows in plot layout.

ncols

number of columns in plot layout.

ask

ask before plotting the next page; default is FALSE.

...

arguments passed to density.
